The assigned technician was prompt and smart. He showed up prepared and was able to fix my dryer that was not tumbling perfectly. The process was fast and accurate. He's fast and expert, thus he knew exactly what required job to do just to fix my dryer. I was very appreciative of the result for it was working back to normal. I could use it perfectly again. Anytime I have an appliance issue, I will call them again.
