Alannah Clay is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and has practiced at Primary Children’s Wasatch Canyons Behavioral Health since 2022. She earned a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Utah and a dual undergraduate Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Work and Psychology from the University of Portland.
Alannah loves working with children from ages 2-18 years old and is trained in trauma treatments (TF-CBT and EMDR), cognitive behavioral treatment (CBT and ACT), and dialectical behavioral treatment (DBT). She provides individual therapy to afford person-centered and family-directed evidence-based interventions while teaching emotion regulation, coping skills, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness skills. Alannah also teaches group therapy for children and adolescents to overcome and manage their behavioral health needs.
Outside of work, Alannah enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, attending soccer and other sporting matches, listening to music and attending concerts, experiencing Broadway shows and live theatre performances.
