Pleasant Grove Family Clinic specializes in both acute and chronic care, from the treatment of a finger laceration or pneumonia to the integrated care of heart disease and diabetes. We are the only local clinic certified by the American Diabetes Association. Whether you need treatment for a persistent cough, preventive assessment of risk factors for heart disease, or complex care of chronic disease, we can help. Appointments are generally scheduled within a few days of your call and we accept all major insurance.
