ChefVincenzo has made arrangements with the finest food purveyors in our area to obtain the freshest and tastiest ingredients which will go into his meals. This was a very important item on his "to-do" list, once he decided to open a full-service restaurant in Tinton Falls. The results are in the tasting, for his ala carte meals are exceptional in taste and freshness, while his prices are reasonable for our area.
