In the late 1980's Rex retired and Patrick Conner (Rex;s Son) took over running the company and in 1995 joined the largest real estate company in the world CENTURY 21. In 2015 Patrick Conner retired and Chad Conner (Patrick's Son) is now running the company as a 3rd Generation Realtor.
