Jay Cottle is an experienced physical therapist at Intermountain Health's Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation in Logan, specializing in general orthopedics. With over 30 years of experience, Jay provides expert care to adult patients in Logan and surrounding communities, offering clinical electrophysiology, dry needling, and practice management services.
Jay earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Utah State University and his Physical Therapy degree from the University of Puget Sound. Throughout his career, he has gained valuable clinical experience in diverse settings and enjoys working with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
