In 2006 I left the traditional mortgage business to work exclusively with senior home equity products (reverse mortgages). Since that time, I have helped my clients successfully access the equity in their homes to meet the needs of their overall retirement plan. Whether I am collaborating with Financial Planners, and Elder Law Attorney’s to make sure clients have enough cash flow to successfully age in place, showing health care professionals how a HECM can help their patients better manage health care costs, I or working with Real Estate agents and Builders to help people purchase their retirement dream home, I take pride in learning about my client’s needs so I can assist them in achieving their retirement goals.
