Called BRYANS CARPET CLEANING early morning and got thru right away. We had a basement leak and they came out same day, assessed our situation and offered a great price. My carpet runner on the entry stairs, 2 flights, was soiled and had several dark stains which I never believed would come out. He removed all the dirt and stains. Carpet was fresh and clean. Has a powerful motor in the back of his van that steamed the dirt out. I let the carpet dry a couple of days before walking on it with shoes so as not to soil it.

Bryan and his helper were kind, polite, efficient, wore a mask the whole time, in and out super fast. He was on time, professional, and I paid the quote price, not a dollar more. Excellent service. They were quick and very easy to work with. My rug looks great after a good cleaning and Bryan provided some useful tips to help me maintain it. I highly recommend them!

I don't use carpet cleaning services very often but when I do I will go back to BRYANS CARPET CLEANING! First off, they are very responsive even during COVID which is amazing. Second, they are on time to their appointments which is again very important. Third, customer service goes above and beyond the call of duty.
