Using a series of spring-loaded overlapping plates, the patented Bullseye Variable Diameter Discharge (V.D.D.)℗ always maintains a "centered" discharge regardless of the position of your loading augers discharge. The hopper holds the excess grain, staging it for release by the gravity controlled V.D.D. This insures that your grain will always unload into the center of the storage tank. As the bin fills, grain will naturally feed to all sides of the bin equally, eliminating the need for labor intensive, costly, and dangerous shoveling.
The Variable Diameter Discharge℗ is mounted to the bin cap using adjustable nylon straps that conform to any bin cap opening size. The spring-loaded system automatically adjusts to the volume of the grain flow, delivering the grain to the exact center of the bin.
The V.D.D. can accomodate grain bins that have a 24" vertical centering ring inside their bin cap. That includes most BROCK bins and some older styles. In that application the V.D.D. will actually straddle the centering ring, delivering the product to the center of the bin or can be used in conjunction with a spreader hanging below. The profile of the V.D.D. only adds an additional 10" in height which should accommodate producer's existing augers.
