Meadowbrook’s services include assisted living and skilled nursing care as well as respite care.
Our physical, occupational and speech therapist in the renewal therapy center work with residents to attain their highest level of independence. You will appreciate our modern therapy gym featuring equipment designed to get you back to your best by our staff of caring and dedicated professionals. A new therapy nature walk—a first in this area—integrates nature into therapy programs. Patients can practice activities in an environment similar to their home in the occupational therapy suite. Speaking of home, you’ll feel right at home in our Medicare-certified private rooms complete with flat-screen televisions, well-appointed furnishings and private bathrooms. It’s a perfect environment for your recovery. In addition to Medicare, we accept Health Alliance and selected other insurance plans and will work with you to determine your coverage levels for services needed.
You don’t have to be a resident of The Village to benefit from the services offered in Meadowbrook. Health Alliance and Medicare are accepted as well as a variety of other insurance options.
