Estate grown olives produce Extra Virgin Olive Oils. Also produced is a wide variety of jams, jellies, preserves, marmalades, and fruit-flavored balsamic vinegars. All are made from California-grown fruits and vegetables. All jams and vinegars are made in small batches, from fruit on our own property or purchased from local produce vendors. We pride ourselves on supporting local (mainly Solano and Yolo County) agriculture.
