For most of those years the focus of the business was installing equipment and ductwork in new homes. In 2010 Pete Katschke started Total Comfort NWI with a strict focus on high quality service and Premium replacements. Pete's business grew steadily until purchasing Thorn Heating and Cooling in 2015. With a desperate shortage of skilled HVAC experts, Pete made the investment in a 4.5 Acre Office and training campus centrally located on Route 30 in Valparaiso.
