Permanent Cosmetics of NY, LLC is owned and operated by nationally certified technician Bonnie Drumm who works in Binghamton NY as well as Maine, Massachusetts and Wyoming. Bonnie is certifed with the Society of Permanent Cosmetics and the American Academy of Micropigmentation. Certification requires 20 hours of advanced education yearly. Microblading and machine hair strokes for brows, eyeliner (full or partial) lip color (liner or full lip) are available by appointment. Bonnie is trained in areola pigmentation serving the cancer patients after reconstruction and works by referral from many area doctors. Men and women enjoy these services in two locations each week including White Rose Day Spa in Vestal and the New York Skin and Vein Center in Binghamton. Free consultations are available.
