Sanford Hospice serves patients and their families to provide comfort and support during an end-of-life illness. We are here to provide emotional and spiritual support and focus on improving quality of life. Our team consists of specially trained nurses, pastoral care, clinical pharmacists and social workers and is available as a resource for physicians, patients and families 24/7 at any point during their illness.
