Home Instead Owner verified

Aides were typically late on a daily basis and while home one day, I called the office 3 hours after the aide should've been at my residence. I asked what time the aide arrived at my house and was given 2 different times from their call-in sheet. The aide never even showed up but they told me that aide was at my residence then tried to charge me. Arrived home another day to find my Mother hadn't been cleaned or changed all day. She was covered in urine and feces. Needless to say, my Mom had pressure sore which were supposed to be kept clean (developed while in the care of Home Instead) Emailed the owner who ignored me, then called her residence (publicly listed phone number) only to be cursed out and hung up on. Va. Dept. Of Health conducted an investigation and the aide admitted to not caring for my Mom the entire day.
