Our company will do a complete flood analysis to determine if your structure resides in a Special Flood Hazard Area (SFHA). Our goal is to help the client remove or reduce the need for flood insurance. If it qualifies then we can complete an electronic Letter of Map Amendment (eLOMA) removal. If we find that the structure is too low, many times we can advise the client of ways they could reduce their flood premiums by making a few changes to their structre.
