I spontaneously purchased a pass for three classes just to try something new, I had never done anything like kickboxing before and I simply fell in love with it. I've been going 3-4 times a week for the last two months and I can feel myself getting stronger. The staff is super friendly and attentive, I enjoy going there and spending some time with everyone, it is like a big family - I can't recommend this place enough!!

I am not one for working out, but ILKB is amazing! The staff here is SO encouraging. They get to know you on a personal level and push you to your own limit. My clothes are already starting to fit better and I’ve been a member for only two months!

I had my first class at the Warminster location of ILoveKickboxing and loved it! This is the first time I decided to join a "gym" atmosphere to continue my fitness journey, and the instructors were wonderful. I was greeted by Kate and Shannon right when I walked in. Kate, the instructor who taught me personally during my class, encouraged me throughout each round. The instructors are personal and really demonstrate their support for each members fitness goals. The beginning of the class involves a lot of cardio and strengthening moves, but once I got to put my gloves on and try out sets, I was hooked.

I started at ILKB Warminster last month and it was the best decision I've ever made. Before, I've tried so many things, only just to give up after not seeing results I wanted. Within my first two weeks of going to ILKB, I lost 4 pounds! The instructors are so friendly and make you feel like family. It is hard work but they make it so much fun and the hour class flies by. I strongly recommend ILKB Warminster to anyone and everyone!!

I just recently started working out here and it's been the best workout ever! I love ILKB Warminster!! The instructors are awesome and super motivating the classes are so fun!! I am having a blast and always can't wait to go back! Can't recommend enough!

ILKB is a great place to workout and burn off stress! The instructors are very knowledgeable and encouraging. I always leave feeling accomplished and excited to come again!

This is a fabulous place to workout! all the instructors are awesome! They will help you with whatever you are struggling with, they will also motivate you and push you all at the same time! This workout truly is for people at all fitness levels and body shapes and sizes! All the members are great and welcoming as well!!! This is a all around great experience! I feel stronger every time I leave and can tell I am define more muscles all over my body!!! The energy in the gym is amazing!!!
