We are a manufacturer housing operator (community operator). We have communities in MI, NC and we plan to expand. We sell and rent homes in land-leased communities. We work with lower credit scores. You get a title to it. You are not sharing your walls, you are getting amenities like a pool, backyard, etc. Sweet spot 50-60k / home, range from 10k - 100k. You can get a new home or used home (refurbished). The sites could be small or big (1000 homes per community). When we order them new from the factory, everything is there "move in ready" (curtains, washer/dryer, etc). It is affordable housing basically.
