I create 3D Virtual Tours for business owners. I use the Matterport platform to create a realistic digital twin for all types of built spaces enabling clients and stakeholders to explore and evaluate properties with ease. I make drone videos and 3D tours for the businesses of real estate, insurance, construction, travel, hospitality, and much more. I give them a link to embed in their website to show of the tour and videos and also embed their 3D tour on Google Street View. 3D tours have a monumental number of pros and really no cons. 3D tours have helped so many businesses save money and make money. People don’t actually have to visit the property to see what the inside is like; it decreases vacancy because higher potential buyers get attracted by the tours. My job is to make a quality 3D tour or drone footage and really boost business for every company I work with.
