Dr. Patrick Mufarrij is a member of the Johns Hopkins Brady Urologic Institute at Sibley Memorial Hospital and is an expert in Endourology, including percutaneous and endoscopic urologic surgery, metabolic and infectious stone prevention, and causes of the recurrent stone formation. He also serves as the Division Chief for Urology at Sibley Memorial Hospital.

Dr. Mufarrij earned his undergraduate and medical degrees from Georgetown University. He completed a six-year residency in General Surgery and Urology at New York University Langone School of Medicine, followed by two years of specialized fellowship training in Endourology at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center Department of Urology. During his fellowship, Dr. Mufarrij focused on metabolic kidney stone disease, surgery for complex kidney stones, percutaneous renal surgery and robotic surgery. 

Dr. Mufarrij is a member of the American Urological Association, the Endourology Society, and the R.O.C.K. Society.

Dr. Mufarrij has contributed to numerous publications on topics related to the above studies.
