Mosaic has been in business under Pat Long for over 13 years. He loves bringing healthy food options to his cafe located inside Mercy Clinic Building. The cafe is open to the public Monday - Friday from 7:30 - 3:00. Pat and his staff take pride in the preparation of the cafe and catering food and drinks. Mosaic offers seating inside and outside of the cafe area but also offers take-out and curbside delivery services. Mosaic's Catering services range from boxed lunches for schools and corporations to fine dining plated meals for weddings and fundraisers.
