Stretchworkz was established in 2014. We specialize in one-on-one partner-assisted stretch therapy. Most people know that they should stretch, but they don’t know the proper way to go about doing it. Being taken through a cohesive full-body stretch often provides an experience unlike anything they’ve felt before. We cater both sedentary and active individuals who are looking to increase flexibility, decrease muscular aches, reduce stress and free the body of tension.
