Paul Preissler, MD

About

He received his MD from the University of Connecticut School of Medicine then completed his residencies in general surgery at Hartford Hospital and in thoracic and cardiothoracic surgery at the Medical College of Wisconsin Affifilated Hospitals. He is Board Certified in Surgery and Thoracic Surgery and is a fellow in the American College of Surgeons and a member of the Connecticut State Medical Society and Connecticut chapter of the American Board of Surgeons. Dr. Preissler is the past chief of Cardiothoracic Surgery at Hartford Hospital and is currently the Chief of Cardiothoracic Surgery at Waterbury and Saint Maryâs hospitals. He looks forward to serving patients in the Greater Waterbury area and surrounding towns.
