Tiger Rock Martial Arts programs are a blend of modern sport science, the latest research, and hundreds of years of martial arts tradition to provide you with the most effective experience available. We focus on four main areas: self-defense, fitness, competition and personal growth.
We help students of all ages grow their character, strength, and discipline with our unique and thorough martial arts and fitness training. We develop their balance, speed, agility, power, reaction and range to enhance their skills and abilities. Our programs include Tiger Cubs (ages 4-5), Juniors (ages 6-11), Youth (ages 12-15) and Adults (16+). Everyone can enjoy the martial arts, regardless of skill level or age!
