I chose to go into counseling because of my passion for helping people navigate their way through life’s many challenges. My special interests include everything from adolescent issues and anxiety/depression to ADHD and stress management.
Wellness takes a coordinated effort. I will help facilitate treatment with your primary care physician whenever appropriate and assist in finding any additional services needed. Working as a team, we can identify goals and work to accomplish them together. I truly believe in people’s ability to change, gain confidence in themselves and better cope with their circumstances.
