Located in peaceful Wayland, Michigan, between Grand Rapids and Kalamazoo, we offer comprehensive health care services to all our guests at our facility, whether they are with us for short-term respite, rehabilitation or hospice care, or have chosen an extended stay. In addition, our Maplewood of Sandy Creek assisted living community offers 20 assisted living studio apartments on the same campus.
