Hello! Thank you for your interest in learning more about me. My name is George Grady Tucker IV. I go by Skip. I have over 20 years of experience running my own full service construction company. I have been involved in every aspect of building a home. From digging the footers to installing the shingles, finishing the sheetrock to helping a customer pick out that one of a kind color for the master bath. I know what is involved in building a home so I know how to thoroughly inspect a home. I attend educational classes to stay informed of new construction techniques and products so I can inspect your home properly.
I will take the time to thoroughly inspect everything in the home that I can. I will be at the residence for around 4 hours. Larger or older homes may take more time. I have inspected homes that have taken 8 hours or more. I do not offer onsite reports. After leaving the home I will spend in excess of 4 hours writing a report explaining everything that I found and incorporate pictures supporting the deficiencies in the home. You are going to spend from several thousand dollars to possibly over a million dollars on your purchase and I want to supply you with as much information that I can so you can make an informed decision.
