Dr. MacGregor received his medical degree and completed his residency program in Internal Medicine at The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. He is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. Dr. MacGregor is a member of the American College of Physicians. Dr. MacGregor is a former recipient of the Eagle Scout Award and is married with seven children.
