My name is Katie Losik and I own Custom Meals, a personal chef service. . I make dinner dreams come true for people looking for stress free meals without the planning and the preparing of their nightly dinners. Customers no longer have to dread running to the grocery store to find something to prepare for dinner. Customers no longer have to resort to the fast food drive thru. The best thing about Custom Meals is I do all the cooking without worry and fuss. I do the grocery shopping, create meals that you want in your kitchen, and package them. The only hint that I was there is the wonderful aroma left when you walk in the door. I schedule clients on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis.
What I love the most about cooking is taking an ingredient and making it into a yummy recipe and then using the same ingredient for something completely different. I also love the whole process of cooking from the first slice of a vegetable to the last sizzle in the sauté pan. Because I love every aspect of cooking, I can guarantee you’ll love every bite you take.
