About

Keith R. Durante, MD, FACS Board Certified Micro Surgeon located in West Islip, NY & Upper East Side, Manhattan, New York, NY.
Dr. Durante has a passion for helping his patients achieve natural hair growth, using the most innovative technologies, including laser therapies. He maintains a long track record of hair restoration success and is considered the best of the best when it comes to restorative practices in renewed hair growth. Whereas other doctors perform hair restoration on the side as an extra service, Dr. Durante has made hair restoration the focus of his work.
Besides hair restoration, Dr. Durante has experience in microvascular surgeries and medical aesthetics, practicing at Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center in West Islip. He previously served as the Assistant Chief of the Division of Vascular Surgery at Catholic Medical Center and Mary Immaculate Hospital in Jamaica, New York.
Dr. Durante earned his medical degree at St. George’s University School of Medicine in Grenada. He then trained at North General Hospital and The Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York City. Dr. Durante also completed a two-year vascular fellowship alongside Dr. Lester Sauvage, a world-renowned cardiovascular surgeon.
The dedication Dr. Durante has to medicine is evident in his life. When not serving his patients, he travels to hospitals in remote locations, including Uganda, volunteering his surgical skills and knowledge to those in need.
