Welcome to Vault Fitness, where we’re redefining physical limits by focusing on what you can do and challenging what you can’t. I am Stefanie Ellis and I’m the creator of Vault Fitness.
Since my days at Harvard and Goldman Sachs, I’ve maintained a passion for the most effective ways to transform my mind and body. Seeking out the top studios for Pilates, Yoga, Spinning, Barre and more – I had multiple memberships and found myself running all over town to get a well-rounded workout….not efficient nor inexpensive. I knew there had to be better way and started honing my vision by redefining the Pilates experience. Now, with a half dozen locations, I am ready.
