Prior to relocating to Florida and starting Palm Beach CRO, Arthur Simon, PhD was President and CEO of Research Testing Laboratories, Inc. in Great Neck, NY, a hybrid research company consisting of a site management organization (SMO) and a clinical research organization (CRO) with more than 100 employees.
For 24 years, Dr. Simon directed all aspects of RTL’s clinical research activities for Rx, OTC, nutraceuticals and medical devices for pharmaceutical and consumer healthcare companies.
