Dr. Rohan Desai is an adult & pediatric orthopedic spine surgeon with NYSI. He currently treats patients facing orthopedic & spine conditions at multiple NYSI locations across New York City and Long Island. Dr. Desai focuses on cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spinal disorders, spine trauma, degenerative conditions and specializes in minimally invasive fusion and motion sparing techniques, including disc arthroplasty. He is highly trained in the latest spine technology and utilizes both computer-assisted navigation & robotic techniques. Dr. Desai completed his residency in orthopedic surgery from SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University and his fellowship in spine surgery from Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, CA.
