Eight Mile Creek Farm is a family farm producing more than 100 kinds of vegetables and herbs, offering each in several varieties. Produce includes certified organic beans, broccoli, brussels sprouts, cabbage, carrots, celery, escarole, fennel, asian greens, lettuce, mesclun, chard, kale, kohlrabi, leeks, onions, scallions, rutabaga, peppers, radishes, summer and winter squashes, tomatillos, tomatoes, sugar snap peas, broccoli raab, collards, radicchio, mustard greens, turnips, eggplant, beets, potatoes, basil, cilantro, parsley, dill, many medicinal herbs and sunflowers.
Certified organic grass-fed beef, pork, chicken and pastured eggs are produced year round; animals receive no growth hormones, antibiotics or medications. Pam’s animals are raised the way nature intended- fed lots of green grass in the summer and hay in the winter. Organic turkey is available for the holidays.
