All Cunningham Counseling therapists have been trained in Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral therapy and Family Systems therapy. They have years of experience working with individuals, couples and families. They have worked in private practice, residential treatment, hospital, and community mental health settings.
We utilize a proactive approach in our treatment. We believe that client's having an ability to contact us directly when they are in crisis and in between therapy sessions as needed.
