Joseph S. Khouri, MD, is an Associate Professor in the Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center and Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine. Dr. Khouri’s clinical expertise focuses on microvascular surgery, complex upper and lower extremity reconstruction, nerve repair and breast reconstruction. He is widely recognized for his work in targeted nipple reinnervation, nipple areola preservation and direct-to-implant (DTI) breast reconstruction, as well as targeted muscle reinnervation (TMR) to manage chronic pain and improve outcomes for amputees.
