I joined ILKB without any experience with boxing. That didn’t matter because I was never lost with the instructors helping along the way and new friends in the gym there to encourage each other. After my first day I was addicted and couldn’t wait until the next day I could go. It was only 3 weeks and I already saw improvement in my cardio, strength , and even my body! The 1 hour class goes by so fast and I walk out euphoric without worries about the stresses of my day. I even got my Mom to join me!!

ILKB is amazing! From the instructors to the workouts right down to the cleanliness, this facility is the most ideal place to achieve your goals. Since starting a month ago, I've already noticed a positive change in myself/body both mentally and physically. So glad to have found this fitness family!

Ilovekickboxing changed my life for the better. It has given me the motivation I needed to get in shape. The staff is absolutely amazing. The facility is super clean. The workouts are awesome. They make ass kicking fun!!! I recommend this place to everyone who is looking to get in shape and have fun at the same..

I am so happy I gave iLoveKickboxing a try. I was nervous going in and was unsure what to expect. However, the staff is very helpful, patient and not judgmental. They demonstrate the strikes and kicks, and provide personal guidance when needed (and I've needed it :)). They push you to do your best! If you've ever thought about giving iLoveKickBoxing a try; do it! You will not be disappointed.

I've been a member for almost 4 months now and I absolutely love it. It's challenging but it's by far the most fun workout I've ever done! I'm always looking forward to my next class. The instructors are awesome and the music is great! I've already lost 19 lbs and have seen a lot of improvement overall in how I feel. I can't wait to see what many more months bring!

Such a great workout - everyday something new that keeps you going and pushing you farther! The instructors are great and make you want to keep coming back.
