Cynthia Mueller, M.D., is a family medicine physician who sees patients at affiliate Wheeling Clinic. She is board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. Dr. Mueller received her undergraduate degree in chemistry at Wheeling Jesuit University and earned her medical degree at The Ohio State University. She completed her family medicine residencies at Wheeling Hospital and Mercy Hospital in Toledo, where she was chief resident during her final year.
