I’ve always been passionate about supporting people through all aspects of reproductive health — whether they’re building a family, choosing not to or simply working toward their best possible health.I'm a communicator and love the feeling of connection that grows when in partnership with a patient. Supporting someone through pregnancy and birth in a way that feels empowering and nurturing is one of the most rewarding parts of my work. I’m proud to practice at University of Vermont Medical Center, a place that truly respects and supports the midwifery model of care.I believe that great care starts with respect, attentiveness and a genuine curiosity about each person's unique needs. I trust in the natural wisdom of the body during pregnancy and birth, and I aim to support that process as naturally as possible — while using medical interventions thoughtfully and judiciously.Everyone deserves to be active participant in their care and health care decision-making. My role is to ensure that people feel informed, supported and confident that their needs and choices are honored every step of the way.
