Moving away from the Western model of crowded, arena-style yoga & fitness classes, we have taken our modern approach to movement and aligned more with the traditional roots of instruction and education.
The foundation of yoga, meditation and martial arts most historically began with 1-on-1 teacher to student practices. We are moving back into those roots and have created a blend of modern functional movement practices taught in small groups and private sessions to assist you in the realization and cultivation of your deepest intentions and goals.
Our classrooms provide a small student to teacher ratio allowing us to provide each student the personal attention to detailed and personalized instruction required to develop precision.
