This is a movement to curtail Gang member activity in our streets by pushing the Federal Government to reclassify Documented Gang Members as Domestic Terrorists. What this does is force all designated members of gangs to be placed in a status of restrictions, mandates and apprehension by the Federal Government. Documented Gang Members need to know that it's no longer allowed or considered okay when you kill us. This time we want to debut a system of apprehension of all Documented Gang Members as enemy combatants of Urban America. Apprehension should involve taking the fight to Documented Gang Members in such a way that it weeds them out of hiding places like their Elderly Grandparents, Parents, peers, family and friends house. This system of apprehension sets a platform up for Documented Gang Members to be considered liable for charges just for association alone.
