Edwin Lee joined First Command Financial Services as a Financial Advisor in January 2026. He is excited about the opportunity to help people make the smart financial decisions that are essential to long-term financial security.
Edwin has a Master's degree in Business Administration from Georgetown University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from The George Washington University. He holds Series 6, 7, 24, 27, 63, 66, and 99 securities licenses plus life and health insurance licenses in DC, Maryland, and Virginia.
Understanding that the biggest obstacle to financial security for most people is their own behavior, Edwin serves as a personal financial coach to clients, continually reinforcing positive financial behaviors. His thorough knowledge of military pay and benefits enables him to advise clients on how to navigate the Blended Retirement System, properly allocate their contributions to the Thrift Savings Plan (TSP), and take full advantage of other benefits. Edwin will work with you to establish specific, meaningful goals that are consistent with your values and then develop a personalized financial plan to guide your pursuit of those goals.
Active in his community, Edwin is a volunteer for SoldierStrong
In his free time, Edwin enjoys chess, football and traveling.
