I can't say enough great things about ILKB! This place isn’t just any kind of gym, it becomes a second home with a supportive second family! The instructors are highly motivating and passionate about their careers, who help you stay focused on your goals each class and make sure they can help you in any way possible. When I first started, I was struggling. But my instructors helped encourage me to keep pushing and not to give up. Joining this gym has definitely been one of the best decisions I've made for myself. Just remember, you are worth it! Don't give up!

Now I know why they’re called “iLoveKickBoxing”. It took me attending ONE class to ignite the motivation and charisma in me that I haven’t been able to fulfill in over 3 years! I signed up for an annual membership after my first class! I went to 3 classes in my first week & plan to keep attending at least 3 classes per week! The classes are definitely challenging but so much fun! You control the intensity of workout as well. Everyone is extremely supportive and you feel comfortable from the moment you step foot in the facility. I’ve been to 3 classes now and have made numerous friends, have more energy, so much motivation and a whole new mindset! I love kickboxing! “You only live once, you might as well be a bad*ss!”

I have been attending ilovekickboxing Crystal lake for a month now, and I absolutely love it! I have more energy, I have something to look forward to every day, and I am more motivated to try new things. I am so happy with how I feel, I can't wait to see what the next 11 months bring!

ILoveKickboxing Crystal Lake has been the best decision I’ve made for my health and fitness in years! I’ve been a distance runner most of my life, and the last few years I’ve gotten into lifting weights; however, I was hitting a plateau and was losing motivation to make those runs and workouts. Since joining ILoveKickboxing, I once again look forward to my workouts! Every class features a different set of combos with new kicks, punches, and exercises so that you never get bored! The instructors are so encouraging, and all the members I’ve met are beyond friendly and welcoming, it truly feels like a family when you walk in the doors. Plus, within the FIRST MONTH of joining, I lost 4 inches in my midsection and gained strength and confidence that weight training never gave me! I highly recommend this amazing gym!
