We specialize in pelvic floor physical therapy. All appointments are one on one, lasting for one hour. We take a whole body approach to the evaluation and treatment of both men and women with pelvic floor issues. We provide services for all of the following: male and female pelvic pain, vulvodynia, vaginismus, bladder pain/interstitial cystitis, pain as a result of endometriosis, pain with intercourse, prolapse, urinary and fecal incontinence, chronic constipation, pain complaints during pregnancy, birth prep, diastasis recti, and postpartum return to activity.
