Oakview Insurance Services, Inc. was founded in 2010 by Mariah Davis, a fifth generation Yuba-Sutter resident. Previously, Mariah spent four years as a captive agent for Farmers Insurance. Realizing that her clients were at a disadvantage, she became an independent agent; allowing her clients more choices when selecting an insurance package. Furthermore, we are in business to serve you, the customer, not some giant corporation. What sets us apart as a independent insurance agency, is that we are not beholden to any specific insurance company, we offer CHOICE. Our office holds over 70 years of combined experience, and although insurance can be complex and confusing, we are here to help. We are a family run business that believes in transparency, and building long term relationships with our clients. In February of 2017 Mariah became a Dave Ramsey Endorsed Local Provider (ELP), for property and casualty insurance. Mariah is the only ELP from Yuba City north to the Oregon border. In August of 2017 Oakview was recognized Mercury Insurance and presented the prestigious Service Excellence Award. Oakview is 1 of 2 Agencies in Northern California to hold this distinction.
