We all experience different emotions at different times and that is healthy, but sometimes our emotions can get on top of us especially when we are most vulnerable, and it’s these times when we need to know that there is someone to turn to who is not there to judge us, but rather can hold space for us to express our deepest fears or emotions and know that we are safe. Here at Theta Counselling, our team is here to help you navigate through some of your darkest fears. We want to put you back in the drivers’ seat of your life with confidence and a sense of direction. We offer you a positive, caring and compassionate environment that allows you to be able to speak openly, knowing you have full confidentiality. We also hold Theta Healing seminars to expand your knowledge.
