Re’em is a new chapter for the 15 years old Helen and Joey winery, vineyard and farming enterprise, in the heart of the Yarra Valley. The Helen and Joey farm on which the facility is located is a vineyard and working winery. There are also sculpted gardens around a small lake, pasture, an orchard, and a native bushland reserve. Kitchen gardens are to follow, to provide for our restaurant. Re’em will also host the new Helen and Joey Cellar Door and Wine bar, with additional winery and seasonal vineyard experiences available. Re’em, the hotel itself, has 16 rooms, each with private balconies or patios from which to survey the landscape. The rooms are all well-appointed.
