Charles wanted to provide financial advisers with a locally based outsourced paraplanning solution that was different from other paraplanning services available in the marketplace at that time. Originally founded as a sole trader business, One Degree has continued to grow, forging long-lasting relationships with dealer groups, financial planning businesses and advisers alike. One Degree now boasts a highly experienced in-house team of paraplanners who are supported by a small, experienced team of contractors to provide financial advisers with the best outsourced paraplanning team available.
