I offer personal training sessions in my boutique studio in Moorooka, effective 30 minute metabolic Metafit group fitness classes in Annerley plus my on-line 8 week Transformation Program covering the 5 Essential Pillars to Well-Being and Ultimate Weight Loss where I cover all the do’s, don’ts and everything else in between all on-line.
I also run monthly healthy morning tea events where we get together to work on the strategies to achieving a healthy, active and happy lifestyle.
