Situated in the leafy Brisbane suburb of Sherwood for more than 20 years, PresCare Sherwood Place has been supporting people to be socially connected and to live independently the way they choose. A community-based organisation, Sherwood Place provides a range of Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) services - including respite, allied health and domestic assistance - to people aged 65 and over, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people aged 50 and over, and their carers.
